So really, I follow what db236 did except I didn't really mash any buttons at 75 percent or any of that. I just let Windows installation do its part.

OMG IT WORKS GUYS... thank you for the help in this forum! Updating the bios from Dell works and the new gfx drivers from Nvidia works! yay I can use Windows 10! Hopefully there is no problems......

I suggest everyone who has the Inspiron 7000 series with gt 750m to hold off updating to windows 10. Lets forced Dell and Nvidia to come up with a stable driver and patch for windows 10!
