The ImageHealth link is no longer available.
I set up verifier. The system would boot and I could login. But when I tried to bring up anything, windows explorer, notifications, .... the system would reboot.
But no crash logs were created....
I haven't started verifier yet. But I did try sfc /scannow and dism /online /update_image /restorehealth both failed. Log files are attached.
