So far after running drivecleanup all is working well. I have only connected 5 or 6 USB devices. I am waiting till I get to 20+ before I report back.

No I haven't, Ohwell. All I do is go into my Device Manager, show hidden devices, and uninstall each old USB driver. But I am still having problems with USB devices. I don't know what the INFCACHE.1...
There was a great post in the SevenForums titled "General Fix for USB Driver Problems". I can follow all of the steps in that post on my Windows 10 machines except for deleting the INFCACHE.1 file....
