The disk check finally completed after an hour..

Only problem is the boot time is quite long (almost 5 mins) with the disk in the laptop.. if I remove the disk the boot time is quite fast.....

I have a laptop (Dell Latitude E6430) with an internal 1TB disk with some bad sectors on it (planning to replace it soon, data backed up)..
When I switched on the laptop now, it asked for a disk...

If you are familiar with Resource Hacker, then you can add an icon to the exe itself using RH. The icon can be either one you create or download. There are a few online resources that let you create...
