A small update:
If I switch to local account and switch back to my MS account, the files that I decrypted manually are getting encrypted again.
Same thing happen if I re-register Windows apps.
I'm currently having a similar issue. Were you be able to fix it?

I just noticed that I have this too. And I have no idea what it is.
I didn't get any messages like "update couldn't finish" or else even though I shut down the pc several times, it's just stuck at 95% and there is no try again option.
I can wait actually if MS fix...
I'm using the exact same settings. Update stuck at 95% for the last 3 days.
Will it get fixed eventually or should I just manual update?

I'm having the same issue.
But I also have a device named "PC" in the device list now. It's just PC. I guess it appeared after the Anniversary update.
Before the update, I could see my computer...
They also said "yes retail license is converting to retail license" but maybe they know nothing.

I'm pretty sure they said the "retail" Windows 7/8 licenses will convert into Windows 10 "retail" licenses. So was that a lie?
