That is what I did many times to make a clear test.
It was the only way to stop the printer.
I did it by hand (not scripted) with services and then delete the files

Well, I know the reason now.
It was an BIOS setting.
When loading the defaults, it was fixed.

The suspected setting is :

EPU Power saving mode.

I know the reason I guess.
When adding a Windows Feature (.NET 3.5) I jad ticked the two "children" under that option.
When I avoid that, the inetpub is not present.

Well...…….it went OK for 5 days and there it was again.

There were Duplicate ownerships, which I guess is not a real issue.
I scanned :"repairing" and saw mscormmc.dll was corrupted. A NET Framework part.
And some package testings that weren't there...

So back to square one, with the knowledge it isn't NVidia that is doing this....

What I saw:
+ IE cannot do anything, just closing...

That's a lot of different software.
Some are from companies and serious developers.
Some are from hobby developers (which can deliver good stuff as well, but usually don't have the means to take it...
