Man, have you installed StarDock IconPackager ?
I have and MAYBE its the cause of the problem..had to reinstall my Programs but hey, I have the icons..maybe..(im not sure..)

Yup, me too, doesnt do anything
Even after a clean Install, some programs still miss the icon after installing..
