I finally fixed it myself, I totally uninstalled all AMD software so their were no trace of it left on PC and reinstalled and it worked.
Could I ask the mods to move this to graphic card section.

Done all above and still the same. Strange thing is I created another account on 10 as a standard user and it worked on that but it won't work on my main account as admin.

After I did the inhouse upgrade I did a sfc /scannow and it was negative as posted above, I shut down PC and 10 mins ago I ran sfc /scannow again just to be sure and bingo it all came back clean.30337
I did a in house upgrade from the disk and still getting the same results. I think at this stage I'll give up on it as the O/S is running fine.

Okay thanks halasz I will try again, maybe the original Windows 10 iso is corrupt, it shouldn't as I got it from the Microsoft website.
