Is it possible to prevent users from changing View Ribbon Checkbox options?

I don't want them to uncheck File name extensions and check Hidden items.

I've read it. There is nothing in the manual on how to set XMP or I missed it reading. As TairikuOkami stated, the manual is not detailed.
