Where did you download it from?
There might be something wrong with that first link to the Microsoft Update Catalog for version 6.0.1.7568. It keeps telling me no matter what browser I use to upgrade to a post-IE6 browser.
Okay I managed to resolve the issue, and it was kind of random. One time I uninstalled the driver and instead of automatically downloading the Realtek driver, it just changed to "High Definition...
I've been reinstalling and uninstalling drivers left and right from Windows and Realtek's website and I still have the issue.
