Can't do that either, logged in as administrator, and it tells me I don't have the authority, tried to uninstall the store . It says it's uninstalling the app, but the icon is still there and so is...

When I try to download an app from the store it puts it in a download queue and it says it's downloading, but it's not! Just sits there for days, any ideas?

No Sir, I know the difference between downloading and opening a file.....I cannot download , I have a program to unzip a file.

Cannot download .zip files, click on them brings up a blank page.
