Thanks, will try next it happens. I just got this keyboard new, like a week ago, not sure how it could break this soon... OK, I just quickly searched for this issue for this keyboard, and it seems...
Today, I turned my PC back on from sleep, only to find out random clicks are happening all over the screen. Like, it's not moving my cursor, but I know the clicks are happening because they are...
Yeah, that's what I've been doing. I ran chkdsk on it overnight, and it got stuck on stage 1, 67%, 0% total for like 10 hours. I scanned with CrystalDiskInfo, and it gives a Bad status on the...
I just tried in safe mode, Windows Defender, and it gives the same result. Robocopy completely freezes up if I attempt to close it once it starts attempting to copy a file.
Edit: Okay, I removed the spaces in the directories, and it started copying, however it is stuck on a file now. This is like the line at the bottom:
New Dir New File 90405 8bit - Yes.ogg...
Nothing new pops-up under there. Robocopy shows for a split second as a blank program on the taskbar before closing after I attempt to open it, either normally or as administrator.
Where in Event Viewer?
I'm selecting them in Explorer, then copy and paste them where I want them.
I've tried opening robocopy, but it immediately closes each time.
I recently backed up files from my C: (SSD, on which Windows is installed) to my E: (HDD for storage), to prepare for a clean Windows 10 re-install. But, after re-installing, when trying to copy back...
I've looked into the differences, and it doesn't seem to make a (significant) difference as far as I could see, so I'll just keep it as a Dynamic disk. Though, thanks, I'll be back here if I run into...
Yeah, that's what I've done. It explains why the ticking sound returned when I got the start-up issue. Now that I physically took out the drive, it's gone and everything's running fine.
Okay, lol. I checked again after all that, and found my old, broken HDD was still in there, plugged in right behind the GPU, with the disk sitting all the way in the bottom corner, so I didn't see it...
No, I'm pretty sure it was disconnected. I have 3 disks (1 SSD, 2 HDD), and both HDD were not connected during the Windows 10 install. I know which one it is, because I disconnected it again later...
Okay, so I removed my disks, except the 250GB SSD where I had Windows on. I completely cleaned it and re-installed Windows 10 on it. Note, despite being unplugged, it still displayed my 2TB HDD...
I have no idea what Disk 1 is, to be honest. If I ever messed around with these settings, it must've been a time ago and I don't remember why I did it. How do I chkdsk that particular one?
I've...
I did this, ending up with a bunch of different items listed, but I don't know what I'm supposed to look for.
I've been trying to get this to work, but starting setup.exe gives me a "Something...
I just did that and it shows me several drives that say "NO MOUNT POINTS".
I checked the labelled volumes, and none are dirty, but checking g: gives me a parameter incorrect. (it's the USB Drive,...
Recently, I had a start-up error with the "Reboot and select proper Boot device" message. I fixed it by unplugging and then plugging back in my drives, but since then it has been slow with starting...
Thanks. I did step 1, and it said C wasn't dirty.
I did step 2, but after it finished the whole repair, it continues to give me the same scanning and repairing message on start-up.
I got a...
I recently had an issue with my PC that wouldn't let it start up. Re-plugging my hard drives fixed it, but now it gives me a scanning and repairing drive message on every start-up, taking up a lot...
Some months ago, I bought a new monitor (1080p, 144Hz), which I've been using as my primary, while using my old one (1080p, 60Hz) as secondary. However, there have been 3 issues I've found with my...
How do I know if it's caused by a faulty driver?
About a year ago, I had a mouse that started double clicking occasionally. Ignored it for a long time, despite it continuously doing it. Fairly close to that same time period, my keyboard also began...
How does it get fried by lightning if it's not connected to electricity, though? Besides, it still turns on with lights on and all.
