This is getting so frustrating, at lease google chrome and thunderbird are a normal text size so I can read my email and do web based stuff. :-(

Changing the resolution did not work for me, any other ideas?

I'm having the exact same problems also on a Dell (2-in-1 7568)! so frustrated have spent hours online with Dell tech support! Also tried the program someone else suggested as a "quick fix" it did...
