Thanks for the link. It looks like I will have to do a fresh install of Windows 10. I bet there is some fancy way to fix it, but a fresh install may unfortunately be the best option at this point.

This is my first post on the support website so apologies if I leave something out or this is posted in the wrong place.
This update was automatically installed on my Windows 10 Pro...
