None of the displayed drivers in that program relate to Logitech.
I cannot do what the second link suggests because as previously stated:

I have already installed, uninstalled, and re-installed both SetPoint and the Logitech Unifying software to no avail. I will add this to the post, since I have it in my Logitch Forums mirror post but...

FIX:

In the list of USB ports depicted in the image below, you will notice that USB Root Hub (xHCI) has a specific icon appearing over it, indicating that it is disabled. Somehow during the update...
