Guys, it is not only Windows 10 or Chrome problem. I also have it on Windows 7 and Opera. Actually i tried Opera, Chrome, Mozilla FF, IE 11 and all of them have this issue until i click on Taskbar...

Ok, disabling CSM did not work, but instead i deleted each key separately and now the "Secure Boot state" is Disabled. Thanks! :)
