The October 2018 update to 1809, has an end-of-support date of May 12, 2020.
This should mean, that theoretically, you should still be good, until well after the new year.
Don't sweat it.
Wait...
You're correct.
Of course, I have no way of confirming, that what I did had any effect on the 1903 update offer.

Agreed.
I apologies.
However, I have fully read your previous posts, but failed to take into account, your attempts at installing 1903.
At this time, I feel, that the best course of action, would be to...
Right, you're speculating and don't have any way of confirming what you think.
Why don't you use the Windows Update Assistant, as has been suggested to me by many in this thread?
Then, if you...
Everything on my system is running smoothly as well and I don't use CPUID.
My best guess is, that it has something to do with Microsoft's AI and nothing to do with my system not being ready....
That's odd?
How did you determine, that it was CPUID causing this issue, and how did you rule out any other cause?
Is this simply your best guess?

I know that you're only trying to help, but how does this pertain to my issue?
I can't find anything at the link you provided, that might shed some light on this.
It all sounds like...
Right. thumbsup
Thanks for the suggestion, but that was the original point, that I was trying to make.
I don't want to force, or use alternative methods, for updating my OS.
Why would I us any of the...
Do you know what a "safeguard hold" is, or are you just repeating what others have already mentioned?
That's what I suspected.
I have the latest BIOS and all my drives are recent additions from Samsung.
Except for the WD Black 1TB HDD, but it's just a storage drive.
The motherboard has the Z170...
