Is it worth the upgrade? Well.... Considering the upgrade is free...
There is no need to wipe the entire disk and risk losing everything if the backup and restore operations do not work.
One problem is obvious - you have 3 EFI system partitions on one disk!

Is your disk gpt or mbr?
Personally, I don't mess with recovery partitions. I enable the recovery environment without creating a partition for it and it resides in C:\Recovery.
