Been trying to do a reinstall, keeps freezing while trying to load windows..

I am truly thinking now that maybe windows is not for me on this computer..Just so much hassle trying and trying, I am...

I ended up doing a complete reinstall, took a couple of hours. Just setting everything up now.

I got a message to restart to update computer.. Windows 10 I believe 1903. So I restart and it freezes, force a restart, freezes again, force another restart, then I realize it's installing a fresh...

I removed Adguard, Malwarebytes Pro and Internet Security Essentials. I have never used a Virus Protection program.
