I gave it a try NAVYLCDR, but to no avail. It took about 20 minutes to create the new account and I had the same issues when I tried to use it. Good idea though. I should have thought of that...

Thanks Davidhk, but I've tried that option. My PC does work a lot slower that what's shown in the video. For instance, the Preparing page probably takes 10-15minutes to complete. Then it goes...

I just got back from holiday and turned on my PC. Now, it was working just fine before I left, but now it takes forever to do anything. 10 minutes to open outlook, or any other apps...
