    What could be causing a 32-bit app to try loading 64-bit DLLs?

    I'm trying to run a game (Supreme Commander 2) and it gives me a 0xC000007B error immediately upon execution.

    I googled, I installed all sorts of potential fixes, and nothing solved the problem....

    I have the following partitions:

    System partition on C
    User data partition on D
    DVD-RW on E
    External hard drive on F

    I'd like for the external hard drive to forever stick to F, but it isn't...
