I hate to be a broken record, but I also did this -- multiple times, I removed all USB devices/reboot, I even tried doing it and only having the keyboard/mouse plugged in with nothing else, on...

It's weird because this keyboard has a screen on it, and it is powered by an AC adapter -- even unplugging that and letting this keyboard just...
