Hello, this problem started since I bought my laptop (already has windows 10 on it)
It shuts down A LOT. The blue screen shows up sometimes but it just restart w/out the blue screen thing randomly! ...

I did a reset on my Windows 10, I had winRAR.. now it's gone
How do I get it for free again?
This laptop was bought with winRAR on it..

Oh containing tiles! You still drag the app (click all apps). Drag it towards the group of tiles where you want it to be.

You wanna drag the app where you want to put it to create tiles, if you want a new set drag it in a clear area. Hope this helps.
