I am back to build 11102 and will stick there until I read that a new build is more friendly to other applications. Reverting to 11102 took about 2 minutes. Great.

Also this build 14251 knocked out TOR Browser which can no longer be installed properly. When starting TOR I get :

"Couldn't load XPCOM"

Installation of build 14251took less than 20 minutes after download. As usual this new build reset some default apps to MS products. It also knocked out Speccy and 8Gadgetpack. They hate these tools...

Just installed build 11102. Like every previous build it knocked out Speccy. However it kept my all my customization this time. My first action was to reset wsreset.

I am amazed they carried the same bug to a new build. 11102 is downloaded on my PC and will install it tonight.
