yes, I did want a clean boot, but also wanted to keep my data and programs. And so, I installed the anniversary update first, imaged the drive with Macrium, converted to uefi, then rewrote the drive...

I just noticed that changing to UEFI turned on "enable fast boot" where previously I had it turned off. I tried disabling it, and I believe the boot was a little faster.

My disk space usage 25g and virtual memory settings are OK (6g swap and 4g memory). I do not have restore points to delete. Even when I manually create a point, it disappears if I create another.
