i changed windows theme back to default and this bar was still there

and that theme is not suppose to be with that menu. It certainly wasn´t there when i applied it.

It iwas unchecked.

I just noticed that this out of place suspicios menu bar has suddenly appeared on my explorer windows. Cant get it off either, have tried it through group policy with no avail. Can somebody help me...
