I found the culprit. I had suspected it had been an nVidia/Intel driver combo, so I rolled it back to a version that had not caused me problems. Then the BSOD came back, and I assumed I was wrong...
I ran memcheck86 overnight on all 4 of them, no problems, no crash. do you mean remove one pair at a time and see if the BSOD goes away?
