Follow up- new image of crashed monitor
My computer monitor just started random crashes where the screen locks with crazy patterns. If audio is playing, it starts buzzing. Sometimes the crash stops and the computer continues normally but...
I did what I should have done at first - check the connection. As soon as I changed the USB port, the problem was solved.
Now, all I've got to do is find out what is wrong with the port.

My PC attempted to update build 14936 to 14942 last night and got through a bunch of stuff and then crashed.
I tried to run the update again and the same thing happened. The system then reverted...
This is embarrassing, but when I restarted Windows 10, the problem seemed to resolve itself and the Start Menu is back on the primary monitor.
