Mine always stops at 83% never works on the laptop.
Do you know how to check the BIOS?
That's what I did. I have old video cards, IDE cables, modems, etc. I started dumping stuff a few years ago. I have been repairing computers since 2005.
Did you set up a Microsoft account? If you did, use the password from the Microsoft account.
Yes, it is possibly your hard drive. You need to save what you can by backing up your hard drive.
It recovers everything on the drive.
EASEUS Data Recovery is the best. I use it for data recovery. It even works on hard drives that are clicking. It's worth the purchase if nothing else works.
Try using Piriform Recuva (free).
Thank you. You covered it all. Just ignore it's there, and be done with it. I do it everyday [emoji16].
It's time to buy a new computer [emoji16].
I use this on my customers computes: BatteryInfoView - View battery information on laptops / netbooks

Have you tried VLC?
BlueStacks is used to run Android games on your PC. I had it installed, but recently restored my system, and had not reinstalled it.
Just restart the machine!
Okay
Yes I think you should. I don't see a resolution to the problem.
Did you try the ... menu to see if you can do anything there?
See him there?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180119/a4d985f893d9f9af17144ec13b169ae7.jpg
I have never seen that screen before during setup. Did you try clicking on the little person on the upper right?
Is it possible to take a picture of the screen? I have not seen it for a while since upgraded a while back. Also you said you removed your account to save on hard drive space, but now you are...
On that screen, look it over, you should be able to click on something that says "use a local account" or something of that nature.
Great.
Great [emoji16]
You can save to Google Drive, and then share the file.
Does Gmail limit you if the files are uploaded to Google Drive?
