Thanks for the reply torre! It could have started after either of the updates. I don't run the advanced scan very often, so I noticed it last week.

I updated w/ my system specs.

I tried both the taskbar icon and through the settings. The result is the same.

I just started having this issue this week as the 'Advanced Scan' crashes to the desktop.
I'd hate to do a reset, anyone else exp and solve thos?

I cleared my TPM and guess I'm the lucky one as all is well. I'm not getting any errors or anything.

I'm experiencing this now when I updated Win 10 today. Anyone have exp w/ this? Should I reset the TPM or not?

I would like to see when something tries to add itself to the registry or startup and asks me. TeaTimer does this, but it's a resource hog.

I'm still using Spybot 1.6.2 - only for TeaTimer, but its a resource hog. I do like it for monitoring the registry and such. Is there a free lightweight tool I can use to replace TeaTimer? Thx!!
