I've used every Build up to and including 10162, but 10166 won't finish for me. It gets to 95%, 82% of "configuring settings", and won't go any further. When I restart my PC, it reverts back to 10162.

I've had no problems upgrading to newer builds until now. The upgrade from Build 10162 to Build 10166 stops at 95% on the final install screen 82% on configuring settings, then goes back to Build...
