Well there's your problem ... NEVER intall a beta of anything on a primary or daily use machine.

Always make sure its a spare machine or set up your primary machine as a dual boot with each OS...

Oh .. and ... I ALWAYS do clean installs .... these are beta builds .... bugs travel if you don't start clean ... I learned that lesson when I beta tested windows 2000.

Looks like Chinese is primary language with english added in as an afterthought ... that might be the problem with activation.
