catalyst -> my vga displays -> properties -> uncheck USE EDID and then set max resolution to 1920x1080 60HZ -> apply
you will have option to set 1920x1080 on windows display settings...

what is EDID? extended display?
Just finished clean installing new build 10240 which is refereed as RTM version without HDMI plugged in graphic card as second monitor, still same... In windows display properties or Catalyst cannot...
AMD released new drivers this week for Windows 10 technical preview, but I still got problem like Mathew.
I also have one monitor with DVI connected and TV connected with HDMI, cannot get...
