I followed Farvatten's suggestion and have everything except the tittle bar the way I like it (including the taskbar which is now black.

How do I go about getting screen shots. I use PrtScn but the images are usually of only parts of what I am looking at on the screen and there is no way I am aware of that can capture the taskbar.

The color dialog would not let me adjust title bars to white or even very light gray. The taskbar color button was disabled. All approaches to this problem through settings were unsuccessful.

I installed Build 18362 today and find I am nearly out of space on my solid state C: drive. Windows.old was created and uses up about 32 G of space. Can I get rid of it? Would anything awful...
I executed the setid change on partition 4. Everything seems to be back where I wanted -- with a larger partition.
That did the trick! Disk Management looks good as does DiskPart partition detail. I tried out Veritas SR 2016 and it also now recognizes this partition needs to be included in the backup.
