Thanks for that spot on
I need to get off the remote machines the build number as per below as in whether .321 or .351
We have clients thinking they are on the latest version on .321 that windows says it is up to date
...
Is there a command or power shell script to show the full version and build number. I am trying to find the following for example on remote pc's
Build 14393.351
Thanks
Thanks Guys
Hi,
As long as you follow the steps on the enclosed link will to get the ticket will this work for a free upgrade after the 29th July ?
Clean Install Windows 10 Directly without having to...
Take an image of the machine and then try this as in an administrator cmd prompt...reboot once done.
Run the following commands, and press Enter after each command:
Net stop wuauserv
cd...
Same as what I had and this seems to fix it. I will get you the link just trying to dig it out.
no appreciate the comments you never know. in this case all of the office are 32 bit on 64 bit OS
no all run on 32 bit office but most of the machine's are 64 bit.....don't think it is this
just seams some machines on windows 10 are ok but some just play up.
The machine is a elite book 840 (HP) and we have others that are fine.
It only has Office and ESET and Malwarebytes on it
I am sure this is windows update related. had this on another machine and stopped the service and the user has been happy since.
it was a fresh install...but I am trying to sort via resource manager looks like svchost.exe (netsvcs) is the one pushing 74% followed by system at 12
