Would like some ideas, or is this one of those "we never seen on a normal windows 10" thing. o.o
Since you said it is a 6700k, did you overclocked it in anyways? If you have, I would reset it via 'clear cmos' to get it back to default. If it is overheating still, then CPU and the coldplate of...
After I think, fixing an issue prior before, I went ahead and tried to fix the issue with error 1008 and 1023. In the proccess, I got those gone, but now I'm getting a error 2001
"Unable to read...
Update on this. The 2017 error only starts when I plug in my tablet display to my desktop. It does have a pass through on it, so I don't know what can be really causing it. :\
After removing the DP to HDMI dongle, the error itself just disappear (2017 error). I don't know if that means the dongle I got causes the error, or Windows doesn't like DP to HDMI. Just confuse.
(sorry if this in the wrong spot)
This is Been puzzling me for a while. My desktop is an intel Z270 with 7700K CPU, running the current version of Windows 10. I got myself a a graphic tablet that...
Seems so.. Thanks for the help. :D
Well, no other reports, just that saying 'Critical' windows didn't shut down properly. I disable fast startup, shut down and started it back up and the error didn't reappeared. Seems that the...
I recently built me a new computer to move from my old one. It posts and windows installed correctly. I installed the Ethernet port (killer) and everything is working fine. It shuts down normally,...
If it didn't, might keep the system on and avoid the sleep. Just want to make sure, since my desktop is only machine I have, that I use for school and such. My laptop is very..VERY under power
Ahs. lol. Do you think the BIOS update fix that error 137? Since I'm kind of worry that, Windows might be killing my memory with that error, when I put it to sleep...
Even tho 2501 came out in '14. The Bio update finished and it seem a bit more quicker to go though the post now.
Lol, yeh. Told you that I haven't messed with the bios since I got it back in '13.
It says I had 0403 vers. and now updating to the 2501
The three sticks I have in my computer right now, are the ones that past the memtest86. It comes with (S4), even tho I put it to sleep... I might as well update the bios, since that haven't been done...
Welp, I still got the error 137. I guess I keep the system from sleeping until I figure out a fix.
Booted in windows with no errors and it is reporting 23.9GB of memory on the task manager profrmace tab, but picking up all 24GB ram in the resourse management window. Will try the sleep before I go...
Oks, will do after I move the ram stick back into the blue slot. I did the test, with one pass though and stopped when the hammer test started since I already did it already. It was showed no errors....
I moved one of the sticks from the blue to the black and started the test. Test 5 with no errors *fingers cross*
and if there is an error during a dual channel in the black slots. That mean the one under the CPU block, doesn't work with dual channel, but works when it by itself?
Can I put one of the good in the black slot, while keeping the other one in it's own slot, since I have to unplug everything and take the mobo out for I can get the Cooler.
...
If it is a dual channel, that means I have to send in both in? Yeh, the bank is good, since it picked up the ram.
If it is the black socket, that means I have to get a new Mobo?
Of course. Hopefully the other black slot is good
