Any anyone here successfully been able to get Works 9 (or 8.5) to install and operate correctly on a 64 bit system?

Is there actually a 64 bit version of Microsoft Works? I am trying to install 8.5 to a Windows 64 bit, but get a crash when opening database file. I get Works 9 to do a seemingly clean install, but...
