I believe I have found at least part of the problem. I killed 3 rundll.exe processes related to some HP printer software, and the memory usage went down from 90 Mb to around 30. Strange that...
This problem persists. Does anyone know whether Microsoft's marking it as an old thread means that everyone at Microsoft doesn't care about the issue?

Oh, I forgot to mention that the memory usage grows to over 250MB....
