    I downloaded twice on my own win 11 PC, same result, did not open at all.
    Then I downloaded on my wife's win 10 PC, installed and ran without a hitch.
    HDD comes back 100% in both...

    However, the PC was running reasonable fast as recent as about 6 months ago. Something inside must have changed at that time.

    That does mean that the HDD is still halfway decent, right?

    I found out that my wife's Thunderbird profiles...

    I found out that my wife's Thunderbird profiles use up most of the space on C.
    How about if I increased the C partition to 200GB and moved the profiles to the E partition?
    Would tat help?

    There's no app running at all.
