Updated to the latest build, not fixed.
I'm running all of my monitors at native resolution, and there's no nvidia drivers update. I'm updating to build 10240 now.
I did some testing, and setting my primary monitor to 60Hz instead of 144Hz makes the problem a lot more subtle, but still noticeable.

Yeah, we have fiber. Our connection has dropped a few times, but only for a few seconds, and I haven't noticed any major slowdowns when browsing the web, but I have noticed lower results than usual...
