i still have not gotten this update

i haven't gotten this update yet either

basically all they did was took .net framework 4.7 out of the creator's update and repackaged it in to an installer so people on 1607 could get it

i have no clue because i tried to install it on windows 10 1703 and said i was running a newer version witch mean Creators Update already has it
