It IS clear. There will always be some bug reports from users, but in this case there's a very narrow spectrum of reported problems. I've personally never had issues with display driver, until now....
Please, avoid the latest Geforce driver 466.63, it's unstable.- hangs and crashes. Some people also got BSODs after updating. If you already updated, downgrade to 466.47.

Same here. Yesterday I've installed the May 2019 update and the latest available driver (from Gigabyte website) behaves exactly the same way - audio works, but UWP Realtek audio console from Store...
