Hi,

Looking for an answer to this..
I have 2 laptops on the same connection 100/100. One is Windows 7 the other Windows 10.
Hello, I have a weird issue where the mapped drives on the Desktop go missing in Windows 10 every so often. I've tried UNC paths and they stay on the desktop. The network isn't dropping so I can't...
Ah that's where it was - I couldn't remember.
Many Thanks!
Hi all,
Just a quickie... does anyone know if its possible to set High Performance mode automatically when plugged in and then change this automatically to Balanced when unplugged?
I seemed...
Wynona Yeah I was right - this solution doesn't look like it'll work for Office365.
Thanks, but I'm curious if this will work for Office365.
Currently using Office365. Does anyone know if its possible to completely disable the Junk Mail folder. Or, if it's possible to setup a rule on the Junk Email folder to push any/all emails to the...
We're looking to setup video calling/audio and screensharing on a TV without the need to plug into a laptop. Ideally we'd like to keep this under £1,000 for the budget.
We've been looking at...
Try this...
Go into Control Panel / Power Options / Edit Plan Settings and disabling "USB selective suspend setting".
I take it the laptop is not plugged in at the time and simply wakes up when on Battery only?
Have you got any Third Party security on your system? AVG etc..?
Also could be worth checking Chrome is up-to-date by going to the 3 dots and 'About'?
Post a screenshot of the error you are getting please :). I'm sure there should just be a drop down to continue to the website.
datdereyeehaw,
Don't happen to use BitDefender Anti Virus do you? if you do - uninstall it and try the updates again... Known problem and I've seen it in the past.

No probably not then. Could you try the following;
- Unplug all external devices from the machine mouse/keyboard and see if that works.
- Try resetting the power options back to...
A number of my clients use OneDrive due to signing up to Office365 for their email meaning OneDrive is included with a 1TB space per user. This is the sole reason its used. My personal preference...
You should just be able to access it. But if not you can turn it off for Firefox by doing the following;
Go to Tools > Options > Advanced "Tab"(?) > Encryption Tab
Click the "Validation" button,...
Butch73 Have you tried checking this option in the Power Management screen?

Post your result back here of your activate power plan you're currently using...?
I would just normally :start: + E and then type the folder name i.e. Music and whack enter...
As per Samuria, you're only able to transfer files to/from an FTP server. I believe what you're wanting to do you'd need a Network Drive like a file server or NAS.
Have you tried unplugging / disabling both the keyboard and mouse to ensure a key/button/mouse sensor isn't stuck or covered with dirt causing them to become 'activate'.
Sounds like you'll need to do with @Samuria
suggested.
Not sure if the other thing to watch is when you do a full scan, does it show the location it's scanning i.e. are you able to see if its taking longer on the SSD or the secondary drive just to be...
I'd also suggest running a Windows Update to check you're running the latest version. Defrag the secondary drive (Not the SSD!!).
It also looks like someone has explained the Slow Performance of...
Sorry! I misread your original thread.
Didn't realise you was already running an SSD. You say it took 12 hours to scan... is this a full system scan in which case it'll do all drives I believe....
