Ok i restarted the computer in case my previous opening of setup.exe was causing the issue.
Now when i type the command nothing seems to happen, as in it keeps trying to execute it and i cant type...

Ah good, one question though, where is that setup.exe they are referring to? Did the windows 10 upgrade download it somewhere, do i need to download it manually from some windows 100 website?
