Update 2: Ive restarted again with no luck, i put in my usb and enabled safe mode, no luck. Now when it started up I got into the advanced booting options and chose to reset my pc and keep my files....

Update: the hard disk activity light is not blinking anymore, it blinked before, but now it just doesn't do anything anymore.
