IObit is a real piece of crap. I can't believe it is the highest rated free uninstaller on some of the so-called tech expert web sites.
Revo is great. I had the free version but, it ran out of time before this problem occurred. If I ever need a program uninstaller again I'll just buy Revo. Never again will IObit get near my computer....

Yes! It ends up the damn Obit program I installed to remove stubborn programs was causing the problem. I would advise everyone to never install this program.
