I might spend the rest of the day with the clean install, since on the old one I had all sorts of errors when trying to uninstall programs and probably driver issues also.

Ok so I had bios version F8c and latest is F24c which I have now updated to.
Also removed all of the Arcsoft stuff completely.
Restarted and all good so far.
Tried update 1909 again and now stuck...
