updated today... sorry its not good news reply #42
refer to my updated post unfortunately its not good news if i were you i would stick to the windows version the computer came with
To all those asking if i got it fixed i haven't i still have yet to give the one person on here a chance to try at it but ive had two computer people look over it now and both have said my mother...
The computer didnt come with any install disks it was pre installed there was a section with options to revert to factory revert to earlier and something else ( cant remember now) but thats about it...
i wil get in touch with you soon! i have one more person coming to look at it soon ( if he says its toast i will give you your shot at it! )
that was all done and it still wouldnt turn on
im in manitoba feel free to come and fix it :P
theres no message no nothing just a black but a brighter black that you can see that it is on
I dont know how prepared it was i ran the test for compatibility and thats about it im not a computer person my computer was running fast and great i figured it was fine to click the ok button
im not allowed to answer pm until i have 5 posts i think i still have 3 to go
this gave me even less hope.... only one guy got thru the problem and i dont understand half of what he said he did
I checked with my service tag my warranty ran out 8 mths after i got it. this is directly off the dell site on the page with my computers personal specs:
Product not tested for Windows 10 upgrade ...
my mother board is dead it wasn't compatible with the windows 10 update but the compatibility test passed so i assumed it was safe
Now after having a giant paper weight ive actually researched it...
I sit and look at my giant paper weight and i wanna cry. Ive searched forums and google and all ive read is that im screwed i cant do any of my photography editing. Everything i read tells me that...
