I decided to disable the HP services below in Autoruns. HP Hotkey UWP & HP System Info HAS are needed for the brightness buttons so I left these enabled.

Will disable in Autoruns but I was concerned about the 2 network related services

I've uninstalled most of the HP bloatware but the following services are running as Automatic:
