There is slim risk someone could hack your computer and grab those passwords.

I've never trusted password managers so using a print out providing an 'air gap' which cannot be breached.

I store the passwords on a bitlocker encrypted drive in a password protected Word file....

Wrong since I recently forced an update to Windows 11 from Windows 10 for free for my non-compliant 10 year old Dell laptop. The fix is simple.

All my PCs are now on Windows 11 with no issues including a 2014 Dell laptop having non-compliant hardware on which I forced the update.

You can certainly revert to Office 2010 but Office 2021 receives security updates whereas Office 2010 does not.
